Privacy Policy

This page explains what this website stores on your device, which analytics and advertising technologies it can load, and what happens to the details you send us through a form. It describes how the site currently works, and we update it when the site changes.
Technologies that store information on your device
Apart from remembering the privacy choice you make yourself, none of the technologies below run unless you turn them on. Nothing optional is switched on by default.
Remembering your privacy choices — always active
When you choose your privacy settings, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again on every page. It records only which categories you allowed and when you chose. It contains no name, no account and no identifier for you, it is not sent anywhere, and nothing else on the site reads it. If you clear your browser storage it is removed, and you will be asked again.
Analytics — off unless you allow it
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how this site is used — which pages people visit, how they arrive, and which content is useful — and to measure enquiries that come through the site. It loads only after you allow Analytics. If you do not, the Google Analytics script is never requested and it stores nothing on your device. Google explains how it handles information in the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising — off unless you allow it
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn, to measure how our advertising performs and to reach people who have visited this site. They load only after you allow Advertising. If you do not, neither script is requested and neither stores anything on your device. Each provider explains how it handles information in the Meta Privacy Policy and the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
Your choices
The first time you visit, you are asked to choose. You can:
- Accept all — allow both Analytics and Advertising.
- Reject all — allow neither. This is offered on the same screen, in the same way, and takes the same single click as accepting.
- Manage preferences — turn Analytics and Advertising on or off separately.

If you switch a category off, the page reloads so those technologies stop running, and the site clears the storage they had set on this site. Information a provider already collected is held by that provider, and their privacy information above explains how to deal with it.
If JavaScript is turned off
The analytics and advertising technologies above need JavaScript, so they do not load at all. This site does not use the no-JavaScript advertising tracking images it previously included.
When you contact us
If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the name, work email address, WhatsApp number, company name, area of interest and message you provide. The custom project form also asks for the type of project and a short summary, and optionally a budget, a timeline and any further details you want to add.
We use those details to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you are asking about. They are stored in the systems we use to receive and manage enquiries. If you would like to know what we hold about you, or would like it removed, email us at hello@easycommerce.agency.
